In late 2019, a coalition of individuals, organizations, and civic leaders came together to find a way to improve the conditions of San Francisco’s streets, sidewalks, and public spaces. Shine On SF launched in 2020 with the common goal of igniting civic pride and creating a clean and cared-for San Francisco.
